Edit : Builders are calling up people and asking them to give 5 star review , as many owners are opposing the colour change and leaving appropriate negative reviews. My respect for Vista is dropping steeply. The builders are not going on their design promise . They had promised Terracotta as exterior paint color, now they have chosen a military green colour which is non appealing.

Is this VISISTA by VISTA SPACES OKAS or A GOVERNMENT FREE HOUSING UNFINISHED COLONY?!? Firstly all this while we were under an impression that the facade is just external plastering and assuming to complete, never realised it’s a new color change by the builders and the designing team. This clearly shows the mindset, just to highlight 15-20% of Terracotta tiles they have changed the main terracotta color into military green, looks like purely a cost cutting initiative by the venture. However now we feel like we own a flat in government free housing colony… not any premium apartment, as it looks unfinished forever in cement color. BIOPHILIC apartment they called.. Who with sense will design green on green? They talking about growing gardens.. a building in cement green can highlight greenery? And most importantly how can they do such a major look and feel changes without any buyers decision? Legal Agreement says minor changes can be done not such a blunder change, Are we owning an apartment by our choice or staying at builders mercy??! They haven’t communicated or polled for such major structural changes. Ofcourse the team who is communicating with us are polite but we understand decisions are not with them. I DEEPLY REGRET FOR INVESTING HERE & ALSO FOR TALKING SO HIGH ABOUT THE BUILDERS TO MANY. HOW MANY FLAT OWNERS HAVE ACCEPTED THE STRUCTURAL CHANGE?

Have booked a flat here around 2.5years ago. The entire experience has been great until now. The project seems to be on time and as promised.Hopefully gets delivered as well on time. Managed to see the flats from inside recently;they also have turned out to be good and what we had thought of. The locality is beautiful which was primarily my reason to buy it that time. The only thing which I would like if they seriously consider a different colour on the exterior. The original colour gave much more premium look then the current one.

This project is very well designed and in a good location. The flats are spacious, modern, and made with good quality materials. The interiors look nice and premium, and the layout is well planned. I really like the landscape design around, it looks beautiful and is important for a new community like this. The green colour on the outside of the buildings matches well with the gardens and gives a natural, eco friendly feel. The corridors are wide, which gives a spacious feeling. There is also good privacy at the entrance of each flat, which I liked. Customer Service is very Good, they are helpful and easy to talk to. I’m very happy with my choice!

Extremely unfortunate move by the developers to change the color of exterior walls without any consent from the home buyers. The new color looks ugly and many buyers are giving the same feedback to the developers, however, it doesn’t look like customer opinion matters to them. Please make sure to check review comments, you will get to see the pictures of actual color of exterior walls in the review comments. Don’t go by what they are putting up in sales material. Open to suggestions from viewers of this review on how to handle this with the developers as they have not been responsive on this issue even after raising it with them multiple times.

The location of the property is excellent, and we truly appreciate the beautiful greenery surrounding it. However, the choice of the military green exterior color has significantly diminished the overall appeal of the building. Many people have raised objections to this color, as it not only deviates from the original design proposed by the builder but also fails to complement the property’s natural surroundings.
