As a new buyer, this was my excitement,Viva City is conveniently near to all the prominent places like Hitech City, Financial District, Chandanagar. I feel this place will become a big hub for premium residences. Loved the spacious designs of the flats.After coming in:Looks like builder does not seem to care once the flats are sold, there are so many deviations in parking, amenities. Even after multiple follow ups, management seems to be turning deaf ears towards the residents issues. I hope good sense prevails and all the resident's issues are addressed in timely manner!
