Good location to move on any other place and also Lake view flats are looking lake is very beautiful.

I purchased a flat from RWD, and even though the date in the sale deed is December 2022, they have not handed over the apartment yet. One can expect a one to two-year delay in completing the project. I advise people to see their Vanagaram project to see the quality of construction.

RWD waterfront அப்பார்ட்மெண்ட் வாங்குவதற்கு முன்னாடி வாநகரத்தில் இருக்க RWD அப்பார்ட்மெண்ட்ட போய் பாத்துட்டு வாங்க... ஹவுசிங் போர்டு கூட நல்லா இருக்கும் அப்படி ஒரு மட்டமான பில்டிங்கை கட்டிடறாங்க இந்த பில்டர்ஸ்க்கு காசு தான் ரொம்ப முக்கியம் ... அஞ்சு வருஷமா இந்த ப்ராஜெக்ட் போய்ட்டு இருக்கு இன்னும் எங்க கைக்கு ஹேண்டோவர் பண்ணல... அங்க இருக்க இன்ஜினியர்ஸ் எல்லாம் மட்டமான இன்ஜினியர்ஸ் பிளம்பிங் ஒர்க் சரி கிடையாது எலக்ட்ரிக்கல் ஒர்க்கு சரி கிடையாது... பேருக்கு பிரீமியம் சொல்வாங்க ஆனா எதுவுமே பிரிமியமா இருக்காது... கிச்சன்ல இருக்க சிங்க் sink 3bhk ஏத்த சிங்க் கிடையாது அவ்ளோ குட்டியா இருக்கும்.
