They seem far more interested in extracting money from customers than in providing a genuine service. A staggering ₹6 lakhs was quoted as a “preferential location charge,” and beyond that, several other costs kept getting tacked on—like club house fees, legal fees, and vague “amenities” charges. None of this was transparently explained at the beginning. The sales executive, Arun, was completely unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed even answering basic questions. He acted like he was doing us a favour by just speaking to us. There was no effort to explain the property details, no documentation shown—nothing you’d expect from a serious real estate seller. The entire experience felt exploitative and incredibly frustrating. This is not how buyers should be treated. I truly feel sorry for anyone who has already invested here. Avoid if you value your peace of mind.

They are more focused on exploiting customers than actually selling flats. They’re charging an outrageous ₹5.5 lakhs just as a "preferred location fee." On top of that, they keep adding arbitrary charges under different names like infrastructure fees, automation fees, and documentation fees—altogether amounting to several lakhs. The sales representative, Arun, was extremely unprofessional—he behaved mannerlessly, as if he were offering something for free. He wasn’t even willing to show the property, provided no information, and lacked the most basic courtesy.
