I strongly advise caution when dealing with this builder. They failed to complete the project as promised and have not provided the Occupancy Certificate (OC)

I would strongly advise against buying any property from Oceanus. It’s been over 5 years, and they still haven’t obtained the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for our project Oceanus Vista. Their conduct has been highly unprofessional throughout. They repeatedly give false commitments, ignore emails (even after sending 20-30 follow-ups), and show no accountability. Visiting their office in person doesn't help either – they simply brush off concerns or make more empty promises. This kind of irresponsible behavior causes immense stress and financial loss to homeowners. I do not recommend Oceanus to any future flat buyer.

Worst builder ever, we are staying in an apartment for more than 5 years where we have not received OC yet and whole apartment is full of trash due to ongoing issue of maintenance. Strongly recommend not to buy a flat from this builder.

I had booked my flat in 2019 at Oceanus Vista and till now we have not received OC. This builder promises lot of things but without any deadline. In short it is infinite discussion to get things done. I request all future flat buyers to not get into his false promises and avoid buying flat from this builder Don’t waste your hard earned money and get into free trouble

Worst experience with the Oceanus Group. After all the flats are sold, they will start absconding. They wont reply to any mails. This is the case with their Oceanus Vista phase 2 project, where they dont take care of the OC part. So everyone planning to get the property from their end, beware of the nice promises that they make at the beginning. Because at the end, they will simply ignore you. I am also an owner in oceanus vista phase 2 project, and I am telling this from my own experience. So if they tagged me telling that they cannot find in their buying records, it is fake only from their end. After a while they even stop replying to mails. Till OC is obtained, its the duty of builder to maintain the property cleanly, and all are living in a horrible state here

Please stay away from Oceanus. They have consistently failed to deliver on projects, some of which were started as far back as 8 years ago. Since 2019, we’ve been hearing multiple promised completion and handover dates—all of which have come and gone with no results. Recently, they’ve even stopped giving updates entirely. Oceanus representatives no longer attend meetings and refuse to engage with residents—even when we attempt to visit their office directly. It’s truly disheartening to see them continue lavish marketing events with celebrities, while existing customers are left living in partially completed, unhygienic environments after investing their hard-earned money. If you value your peace of mind and financial security, I urge you to think twice before engaging with Oceanus. Mr. Chacko and Mr. Sreenivas, if you have any sense of accountability or self-respect, I urge you to search your customer records and give me a call. The silence is unacceptable.

This is not a builder you should consider buying a flat from, or your hard-earned money may go to waste. He keeps promising to obtain the Occupancy Certificate (OC) within 10 days every time you ask, but eventually stops showing up at the site or responding to emails. The towers in oceanus vista Phase 2 are in a complete mess due to lack of maintenance. There's a constant foul smell in the lifts because the person collecting garbage drags a dirty bag around. Worst of all, if you try to meet the builder in person, he hides in his office and refuses to come out.

Think Twice Before Investing in This Property I purchased a flat in Oceanus Vista, phase 2, with the hope of owning a well-developed, legal, and fully supported property. Unfortunately, the reality has been extremely disappointing. It's been 2 years, and most of the builder's commitments remain unfulfilled. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication or responsibility once the majority of flats were sold. It feels like we’ve been left to fend for ourselves in an incomplete project with unresolved legal and infrastructural issues. If you're considering buying a property from this builder, I strongly advise you to do thorough due diligence. Speak to existing residents and think carefully. Many of us are stuck living in stressful, substandard conditions with our hard-earned money locked in. Attaching some photos for reference so others can see the reality behind the glossy brochures.

Beware folks buying flats here, i purchased a flat in oceanus vista phase 2 last year, another project of Oceanus. Phase 2 still doesnt have OC and i was promised its coming in 2 weeks. Its not here yet. The towers are not cleaned properly, there is mess, we had a fault in elevators recently and we kept throwing emails to builder and nothing happened till 2 weeks. Emails ignored, calls ignored, even visit to office is ignored. Even worse, on a visit to office folks keep being rude to us like its our mistake. No value of time and money. Just do some due diligence before putting your hard earned money on the flats.
