Not good

Had initially bought this as an investment because Shriram advertised it so well by quoting extremely low in their ads. But later when I went to have a look, the actual price was 50% higher than what they had advertised. But, I booked it anyway due to their false advertising. And construction got very late and it got even more affected due to covid. And later I sold it finally with the help of a broker(Shriram doesn’t provide any help/assistance for resale) at zero profit 7 years after booking it, as the demand was extremely low and supply was too much. Slowly the demand started increasing as more people started moving in. But even then it was not much considering the duration waited. Literally, it turned out be a waste investment for me by falling into the trap of Shriram’s false advertisement.

Update: Builder responded stating the issue is with local authorities, but no timeline or resolution has been provided. CRM remains unresponsive. Registration still on hold, and financial impact continues. A project plagued with delayed construction, poor management and pathetic customer service. The OC has been received but there are so many manual errors and inconsistencies that we are not able to even think of registering the flat. How difficult is it to firstly cross check the khata certificate that it mentions the right flat details, and then secondly to actually ensure decent customer service. The CRM’s (Shyam, Shruthi and Monica) keep changing adding to the misery. Moreover, they never pick up the phone, or even get their stories straight with each interaction giving us a completely different picture of what’s wrong. One thing that does stay the same is “We cannot do anything”. If a builder of this calibre cannot do anything with a panchayat khata rectification how are we to trust them with our hard earned money? Very poor experience and not at all expected from a brand like Shriram.

Worst sales professionals, they do not have proper coordination within their team, lackadaisical sales service. I waited for them for 1 hr from 9 am to 10am today but no one was there at shriram sales office. Their sales team arranged the cab service and worst part is none of the sales team was available at office, I wasted my 4hrs. First impression is worst. And the existing reviews share the similar impression. So Big No to Shriram Properties. Thank you and good luck .
