Please reconsider if you are planning to invest in Concorde projects. Until you make payment they show one face then immediately all those faces go away and real faces come in front which you will not like at all. Don't get stuck like us. Review 2: From the moment Pavan left Concorde there has been a lack of interest from Concorde to resolve any issues related to construction. As marketing head Pavan promised something but in reality their backend team is very ignorant and breaking many promises. It is very sad state that they call themselves Tier1 builders and start behaving like Tier3 local/small builders and CRM tech is ignoring any calls from customer. They delay the response and wait for mistakes to happen and don't even accept mistakes later. Their Architect/design team is really not upto the mark and worse than local Architects. They assume themselves something without even consulting customer if there are ambiguities in design phase. Based on all personal experience. I am starting to get a feeling that I choose wrong builder. I will write another review based on whether issues will get resolved or not. Review 1: Good professionalism by executives Pradeep and Pavan. Property is worth buying although slightly on higher side and assuming 4 laning of Dommasandra Chandapura road is completed by handover. Need to wait for completion of model villa to review on quality of construction.
