Unacceptable Customer Service – Complete Waste of Time One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with Casa Grand. We scheduled an appointment to view a property, but it was a total disaster. The agent we were supposed to meet was nowhere to be found and the staff at the office couldn’t care less about us. They were unwelcoming and completely uninterested in helping. After calling the agent, she casually said she’d arrive in 10 minutes. We waited almost 30 minutes only for her to completely vanish—she stopped answering our calls altogether. Eventually, someone else called to say all agents were “busy” and asked if we could reschedule. This is beyond unprofessional. We traveled a long way only to be treated with zero respect or courtesy. Clearly the employees working in Casa Grand has no regard for their customers time or experience. Absolutely disgraceful.

We are really disappointed with the team because of constant request for payment. They get the funding for each stage at the start construction itself and communicate the next stage commencement date only 10 or 20 days earlier they fix a deadline and repeatedly asking for payment even after informing them payment will be done. No concern for customer plight at all
