I live in a nearby area and often pass by the Ameya construction site. Work is progressing steadily and I can see visible changes every week. This shows commitment from the builder.

If you look for decent flat sizes its a good option . Price is a bit higher side but it's very near to miyapur cross so price is expected. Only thing I didn't like is it's infront of coca cola factory and near to aurobindo pharma . Additionally if you. Look some market area near by it's not there. That road is filled with factories n all . So think in that side before you buy .

I’ve been house hunting for months and was tired of seeing tiny, overpriced flats. Ameya was a breath of fresh air — literally and figuratively. The unit sizes are decent, the amenities are rich, and the price point is reasonable for the value offered. My parents were also happy with the senior citizen spaces and the walking area. We’ve made the booking, and we feel good about it.

I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the flat design — good ventilation, natural lighting, and spacious balconies. It's clear that the builder knows what modern families need.
