Each building has 8 apartments per floor * 24 floor on average including ground = almost 200 even after counting jodi units as single unit. Therefore UDS and carpet area will be very less percentage wise. There won't be any space for shoe rack outside your door and lift wait time will be very high. All in all close to 3500 apartments are going to packed into 20 acres land parcel and are going to share the same amenities! For everything there is going to be a very long queue and possibly for even swimming pool. All these reality will hit hard when it becomes fully occupied. This is gona be a fish market, not Ananda. KIADB is overhyped it’s mostly going to be low paid white collar or blue collar jobs. No high paying tech company is going to come here because of multiple reasons starting with the fact that there is more than enough metro connected office spaces in the kr puram- boomasandra IT corridor. So by the time development comes here buildings will get old and dilapidated

Godrej by far the best compare to any Builder, The Quality of Construction is top notch. I know because I live in Godrej Royale Woods. I did see 80% Appreciation in matter of 2 Yrs. I'm sure Godrej Ananda will also shoot up like Rocket. Their Sales and Customer service is poor but their Project Team on Building Quality is just Perfect and they deliver before time!!
