Low-density, more exclusivity, likely better privacy. Not a huge condominium, which tends to appeal to those wanting premium. Spacious Apartments Large super built-up areas: 3 & 4 BHKs with good sizes (e.g. 1,450-1,815 sq ft) for 3-&4-bedroom configurations.
