Had a great experience purchasing my plot from G Square. The entire process was smooth and well-coordinated from start to finish. Their professionalism and transparency stood out. For the Past 6 months G Square Aranya is my Stress Buster, Calm, Clean and Resort like Ambiance...daily I'm coming from Porur for my regular Jogging and Breathing Excercise, I Just Love ❤️ Aranya...today the Climate was Cool and Salubrious, so I decide for a Cardio Running...I usually do 4 complete Running around the entire layout, but today I made 8 complete rounds...bit over dose for me and I was totally exhausted and feeling very thirsty...I was tired, but Stable, just standing opposite to the Aranya office, near Aranya layout Flex, seeing my condition, this security person swiftly reacted, asked me about my condition, suddenly went inside and offered me two bottles of Bisleri water, really i was extremely dehydrated and not even having a thought of drinking water or ask someone little water to Drink...i was stunned by his Humanitarian Gesture, ho what a human...he has noticed my condition from the far...it's a Great sensory skill, that if someone is in distress, we should jump and help them, without a 2nd thought...I'm thankful to him...Right from my Heart.

This area usually under water during rainy season / flood. Poor landscape. Acceptable price 2500 per sqft for the standard of living we get here

No Rera and it’s a wrapper of old evp layout. Their crm team is highly irresponsible and I am struggling to get the deposit back. Their communication is very unprofessional.

Check twice before decision

Before buying they r providing scan and win offer but if one day also delay u guys r not eligible for offer so before buy check totally it's not rera approved with out rera this price r too high ,,, after check Individually I knew its not rera oh bhi actual owner evp so not g square .... So go through correctly
