Project is going on very very less pace, which shows their diversion of funds and lack of commitment to deliver at promised date. Seems they want to build late to get the maximum hike price per sq feet. Worst ideology. It is directly cheating already purchased customers. After digging, works commenced around 1.10 months back. Initially work started nicely, all of a sudden from Aug 2024 no work. Very less workers and they are working on only one tower.If we campare the other builders work which started around same time of arka, their progress is 900% ahead of arka. They have one more project "Drizzle(in manikonda alkapur) one of partners of team4, for this project customers paid money in 2019. Today 16th may 2025 its been 6 years and the project is still in progress. I am thinking for this Arka as well they have same plan(looks like that considering the current progress). Now a days, most of high rise builders are progressing fast to deliver their product to customers and tending to start new project,But arka has exactly opposite plan...delay and loot.. just for your information I will post few pictures of other projects which i am refering that they made good progress compare to arka where project started around 1 or 2 months of arka. (A) Amerthaneproject near chitrapuri colony.(b) DSR projects in film nagar. (C) DST twins in nanakramguda. (D) Aparna projet backside of malkamcheruvu. (E). Many others. Fyi.. they are also having more than 1000 flatsThese Arka guys comparing the project with Bhooja(My home) after having bad track record. Very funny.In RERA, year of completion mentioned as 2029. But vocally they are saying 2027 end.According to myone technolog each floor can be built in 11 to 13 days.( with this just compare). With this, if we chopare with present date. Out of 6 towers atleast all basement levels should complete and few towers should made goood progess on number of floors.But reality, just completed 1 basement( for 3 towers).Also, just observe, for F and E towers, for one floor they are literally taking 2.5 months almost. Therefore they have plan till 2029.Guys pls be cautious before choosing this project.Many projects in same vicinity which can be choosen so dont get trap here.I am just a wellwisher earning rupee by rupee just like you all.Note: One more project launch in miyapur for them. Never ever opt that. If you choose that you will be end of your happiness just like this arka.

I recently purchased a flat in the ARKA located in the vibrant area of Manikonda, and it has met all my needs and expectations.
