We purchased flat in Thimu Blue Appartments. Here one of the benifit is Builder provides full loan amount including registration, Gst and other additives in government approved banks. Builder handover the flat intime. Further Builder provides good quality of material, and also provides epoxy grouting in all floors , this is best for water leakage and seepage.
