Big Mistake Buying from Abhee Ventures – Please Read Before You Invest I made the mistake of trusting Abhee Ventures based on their marketing and model flat. But after possession, the reality is completely different. 🔹 Construction Quality is Very Poor – Walls have seepage, paint is peeling, and water leaks are common even in new flats. 🔹 No Basic Facilities – Still no proper BESCOM connection, daily water issues, and frequent power cuts. Backup also doesn’t work properly. 🔹 Amenities Not Ready – We paid for clubhouse, gym, and other features, but most of them are still incomplete. Yet, maintenance charges have started. 🔹 Unsafe and Unfinished – Main gate is not ready, water logging happens during rains, and the whole place feels like it’s still under construction. 🔹 Service Lift is a Joke – It’s so small that even basic furniture doesn’t fit. We had to pay extra to move things using stairs. 🔹 No Support After Possession – Once you get the keys, the builder stops responding. No one listens to complaints. 👉 My Honest Advice: Please don’t go by brochures or sales talk. Visit their older projects like King’s Court, talk to people living there, and then decide. Don’t waste your hard-earned money like we did.

Please don’t fall for the marketing and demo flats. What they show and what they deliver are totally different. 🚨 Major Issues Faced by Residents of Abhee Kings Court: Poor Construction Quality – Seepage, damp walls, and leakage started within weeks of moving in. Project Delays – Handover was delayed multiple times without proper updates. No Basic Utilities – No permanent BESCOM connection, frequent power cuts, and voltage issues. Water Problems – Daily water supply issues and low pressure. Sometimes water is dirty. Incomplete Amenities – Less than 60% of promised amenities are ready, but maintenance charges have started. Unsafe Environment – Main gate still incomplete, water logging during rains, and mosquito breeding. Tiny Service Lift – Can’t fit furniture, forcing residents to pay extra for shifting. Zero Accountability – Builder stops responding after possession. No proper support system. 👉 My Advice: Please visit their old projects like Abhee King’s Court before booking. Talk to residents and see the real condition. Don’t trust brochures or sales talk. It’s your hard-earned money—be careful and do full research.

With both land area and unit density worse than market average, this layout may feel somewhat constrained. At ₹10210 vs market avg ₹10966, you're getting roughly 7% below average—a strong value proposition. Plus, at just 1.92 kms from the nearest metro, connectivity here is excellent. Dear all Celestial City flat owners can we meet physically at Abhee office(preferably on weekends) to discuss regarding our concerns and suggest the solution to the builder(if any). May be we can create a whatsapp group keeping Abhee spokesperson for better collaboration with builder and the owners. I will really appreciate if builder take the initiative and provide us a whatsapp like forum for better collaboration with flat owners. But that would be too much expectations from a builder. As we are not living in an ideal world ;) .

I am very disappointed that I have bought a flat in Abhee silicon shine. 1. All the bluffs, everything is bluff here. 2. Abhee took the maintenance charges from all the buyers while selling the flat now they deny to give maintenance. 3. All are worst quality There is no option to upload the videos and pics .. otherwise everyone would have exposed them
