The project is quite impressive. Mr Nanda was very polite and accommodating explaining everything in detail. While i couldn’t proceed due to my personal reasons, the project is definitely worth. The floor plans, layout. Attention to details like carpet, service area the kitchen itself were nice and pricing competitive. They pretty much nailed the plan. Best wishes to Nutech.

We visited this place as part of our prospecting and were pleasantly surprised by how well planned the apartment project is. The layout is thoughtfully designed, with a large park and open area, which adds a lot of value—especially for families. The pricing is quite affordable for what is being offered, making it a good option in this segment. Overall planning, space utilization, and amenities appear practical and well thought out. While the builder may not be very popular among the general public, they have been in the industry for nearly four decades. They have executed several small and medium-sized projects over the years and seem to have a good track record and reliability. Based on our overall assessment and confidence in the project, we went ahead and booked an apartment here. We are happy with the decision and look forward to seeing the project take shape.

This apartment is located in a truly prime spot within the city, offering excellent metro connectivity. It checks almost all the major boxes one would look for, and the proposed park within the property is a great value addition. Pros: Strategic location with seamless metro access Meets all essential requirements Promised park development adds to the overall appeal Sales and CRM teams have been very responsive and professional so far. Points to Watch: The surrounding area has a known history of waterlogging. The builder has assured that the apartment structure will be elevated and supported with a proper drainage system. So hopeful on this.This is something only time will validate. The last 1 km road stretch towards Ekkatuthangal is relatively narrow. If the government improves this segment or introduces wider access roads in the future, connectivity will further improve. Overall, my experience with the project and the team has been positive until now. I will update this review if there are any changes or new developments in the future.

Some amenities worth noting were the expansive 28,000+ sq. ft. clubhouse with 40+ premium lifestyle amenities. Aesthetically built with neoclassical architecture. Expansive 1-acre Central Park with lush green landscaping. EV charging & staff waiting zones for added convenience. Theatre, co-working & learning centre among unique amenities. I am an NRI and expected good support from the team on ground at Nutech. I have been greatly supported by Mr. Yuvraj ( Sales Manager ) and Mr. Karthikeyan ( CRM Manager ). I recently booked a unit at Nu-Tech Central park and wanted to share my experience here. From my first site visit to till date, my experience has been nothing less than amazing! My first impression was the location of this project, which is strategically placed with all necessities in close proximity. Also, it is a complete residential area with a private road for this property, due to which you can enjoy a calm and peaceful neighborhood, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city noise and traffic. The concept of “No wall sharing” is very much true here and each unit is spaciously designed. The neo-classical architecture and 1-acre Central Park also add elegance to this community. More specifically, the low-rise plan with large expansive windows caught my attention towards this project. I believe this large community will have much more to offer being both kids and elders friendly. Can’t wait to see the final output and delivery of Phase-I of this project in Jan 2027! A few words about the team behind this.... The salesperson, Mr. Nandhakumar had a unique approach towards his sales pitch. He was very polite, welcoming and shared all potential benefits of the location, plan, construction methods used and suggested the best available unit to meet my expectations. He never pushed me into booking until I was truly satisfied with all their offerings. After a month of back-and-forth conversations, I was finally convinced to book my “dream home” here. Mr. Balaji (AGM-Sales) was very helpful in addressing my queries regarding the cost and finalizing the payment structure. I must say, he did everything best to help ease my financial decisions towards this project. Everything regarding the cost was very transparent from day one. Also, the CRM team has been very responsive to my queries and provide constant updates regarding the site progress with images every month. Unlike other builders in the area who do marketing and sales aggressively with false promises and hidden-costs, I think Nu-Tech's approach with transparency, strong customer service and quality will speak for itself…!!
