Cheers over all project good more over model house is very laxurious and pleasent.Sales person way of explaining project and greeting from reception is good Over all Experience is very good .

A good place to visit. The reception by the staff and the presence greet everyone. Whether you buy or don't, they do a great job of giving you a warm welcome. And, lastly the project title says it all. "CHEERS!"

It was “love at first sight” at “Cheers”. Brilliant project for the senior living in Chennai. Those who seek “wellness” at 60 should pay a visit to “Cheers”. Located bang on road near Kelambakkam bus stand on OMR. Close to the popular Chettinad Hospital and a whole lot of commercial establishments. “Cheers” is a guaranteed ‘long lease of life’ for the family especially the elderly. Seeing is believing. Enjoy!

It was good experience visiting Cheers property. When we crossed the road, just like that entered there ,and it was closing time. But Ms.Monishs, Sales manager gave a warm welcome and explained all and all about the property so patiently. Senior Citizen special amenities, and the model flat Ms.Monisha, showed all had a great impact which made me to like the project. We are eagerly awaiting to see the completed project, by the best of quality and with all the amenities as given.
