I have booked a flat at Ruby Courtyard, and Prashanth from the Ruby team guided me throughout the selection process with great support. I recently visited the project site and was genuinely impressed with the location and the construction progress so far. Special thanks to Prashanth, Aneetha, and the entire Ruby team for their continued support. The range of amenities planned for this project looks excellent.

Recently visited the site as the location is quite accessible and is next to the main road. Impressed with the progress in the construction. A special mention to the sales executive Mr.Prasanth who has been very cordial and patient during the walk-through given.

Visited the site and was happy to know the details from sales team person named Prasanth - he was friendly, helpful throughout enquiry and pre sales process.. The site is located on the main road and its still under construction with 9/11 floors almost done..

I booked a flat in Ruby Courtyard during the pre-launch. Shyam (from Ruby) is the person who guided me to choose the product. I don’t live in Chennai. I recently visited the project in Chennai and I am quite impressed with the location and the progress made till date. Thanks to Shyam, Aneetha and the entire Ruby team. Love the list of amenities what Ruby is planning in this project. Looking forward to the final product and genuinely recommend to other genuine customers.

Just 10-15 minutes from Kilambakkam Central Bus Terminas , & Tambaram Railway Station and just 5 minutes from GST. Just behind is a big lake ensuring ample clean ground water for decades. It is a Ideal location to reach GST road to South TamilNadu or to Bangalore road easily through highways . Customer friendly marketing staff and Post Sales Staff at Ruby's Selaiyur Head Office. This project gives adequate parking space and amenities like jogging path and children playground.
