Mana Dale is an excellent project. Approach road is very narrow after After PSR Vanasri, and also same other side doddakanneli junction to chikkanyakanahalli. Need to wait for taking u turn at railway underpass, very difficult & too much traffic with tankers school busses. Better if there is any approach // to railway track from RGA tech park or flyover as we have many gated communities like mana, assetz, birla, adarsh n mythri

I visited Mana Dale project and the sales person convinced me to book the flat there on the box offer price. It was good price compared to all other places. Project plan and concept is nice with focus on greenery and old trees. The sales person there Usman was very helpful and answered all my queries. Later, I had to cancel the booking because of my personal reasons. It went smoothly and my sales person Usman helped a lot there on follow-ups. It took some time for processing the refund from their end but went on smoothly. I sent cancellation mail and some follow-ups to my sales person and it got resolved. I got the refund. Thanks to Usman for all the help and answering my doubts. If you are seriously looking to buy an apartment I think its a good option and you can consider it. I have done some research on similar projects in this area from top builders and this project looks promising.

Recently bought a flat at Mana Dale. I liked the build quality of uber verdant which is why I took decesion of going with Dale. Overall mana is a good builder. Waiting for the handover eagerly.

Just now I got a call from Manager Dale to give the details and when I asked why your prices are high as the possession time is also longer then there is no answer and said that check with other builder they have higher than us, I asked from him to check all other builders are A grade builder who's price are high, then he disconnected call. Lastly will say the prices are increased by us only not by builders as we are giving to them whatever they asked without questioning or proper market research.Very bad experience with presale of Mana Dale.

Best part looks to be railway connectivity. Railway track is going from ground fllor of the towers.You don't need to wait for metro.

Gave good rating initially but they are fraud...same thing happened to.me , i booked for xxx n after a week they said it was a miscommunication , you need to pay 3.5 lkhs extra...it was thru Anarock...complete arrogance n unethical...will file a case if my money is not returned...DONT go for this builder...

This project sales team has the most unethical practices followed. I was called and told that they had a box offer price exclusively for 20 units. I went ahead and paid the token amount on the same day(21st jun). A week later, their team called and told that they mistakenly gave the offer and asking 7L more. Shame on mana team who created this whole mess.
