Fraud list: ROHAN (SALES) Janai (legal team) dont know nothing(except blocking number) SPECIAL ABOUT JANANI(IF WE ASK SOME QUESTION) SIR LET MY SENIOR ANSWER In 2024 July i visited dynasty and I booked as per "ROHAN" CRO instruction and I have been pressured within 7 days for registration but however I awaited for legal from my lawyer...which he said documents are not clear (big story happened in between) story can beat vetrimarans direction and then I got my refund after 9 month with lot of cry,emotional and my last email was there. Final thing is will do suicide if you dont refund...however I got my money and I went 4 to 5 times to their office initially they said refund will be 60 to 90 days later they said 90 to 60 working days...in between I called their legal (JANANI-I CAN ADD EMAIL COPY ALSO(and crm(CRM-BHUVANESWARI(SHE WENT TO METARNITY AND CAME BACK after maternity also) AS USUAL NO team no responds from them ...they blocked my numbeR...their legal team also not efficient to answer my lawyers question(simple questions) however dont buy here nothing will develop and there are documentation issues there're...(if nothing is there please ask them to issue TN RERA AFTER THEIR 3RD portion participation of current land" Dont buy !! If u buy u can't sell either to anyone" Certainly. Not happy with GSquare , they are delaying registration of the plot since 4 months. They say power is yet to be received, they simply have MOU signed with current owners of the property, they do not have the power to progress with registration, I could have invested my hard-earned money somewhere than trusting Gsquare! , How can a reputed company like Gsquare try to sell plots without proper legal authority ...Is this not fooling customers?.There are so many cheaters in real estate companies, I wish Gsquare do not become one of them.
