Value for amenities and location. Good view. For own construction purpose its very good. Its not exactly at pannimadai approx 4 kms interior which is after dhaliyur and papanaikenpalayam but good its located n the main road itself. For investment point of view its a average option because after 10 years chances of appreciation is around 100% approx which will be 10% per year. 10L per cent is quite reasonable.12L per cent may be because of amenities. Hope maintenance charges will be less cost.
