Exercise extreme caution. They claim to offer "spot offers" with no floor rise charges, no PLC, and free parking—but all of these costs are subtly built into the final price. Initially, I was excited by the offers, but after hearing the full story and reading online reviews, I was left disappointed. Don’t be misled by the flashy marketing—this should definitely be considered a red flag, - highly doubt the occupancy would remain smooth here

Excited about my investment in Provident Ecopolitan! The project’s location is ideal, with top companies like Shell Research and Boeing nearby, adding great value for professionals. The planned amenities and green spaces will make it a fantastic place to live. Can’t wait to see it completed in the coming years years

It is a promising project with an impressive master plan. The scale model and layout design look well thought out, ensuring a great living experience once completed. The location is excellent, with top schools, hospitals, and tech parks within easy reach. Looking forward to seeing it..

Think carefully before paying the EOI to this company. If you decide to cancel, be prepared for a difficult refund process. It typically takes at least 4-5 months to receive your money back, and only with persistent follow-ups. Without continuous effort on your part, getting your refund may be nearly impossible.

This is a nice project but its resale value and rent will always be 20 to 30 percent lesser than neighbouring Brigade El dorado project and therefore buy accordingly. Simple reason is el-dorado is offering 50 acres and this one is a 10 acre project. This implies more space to walk, jog, roam around in el- dorado, more amenities and more festivals and celebrations to enjoy, more shopping options, more classes and coaching and activities for kids, more fun and simply more visibility. Also KIADB is an over marketed area as apartment oversupply is there and job creation will take atleast a decade and mostly it will be low end white collar or blue collar ones so safer to stick with tech belt from kr puram to boomasandra even with a little higher prices as that talent pool isn’t moving anywhere because of multiple factors including SWIFT city in between Sarjapur-Chandapur and hosur airport. If recession comes kiadb oversupplied area will be hit the hardest cause there isn’t much of rental income.

The Sales team is not transparent. During the entire EOI allotment process the Channel Partner HomeBazaar and Provident Sales team kept the customer guessing on the final price and EOI preferential allotment call. Provident Sales team did not have a basic decency to call back and confirm that there were no units left and one did not qualify. The Sales team and CP are out of sync on pricing. Once not qualified customer runs around for the EOI refund. The CP is equally not very upto date. The Sales head including Puravankara did not even bother to write or call back inspite of so many mail reminders showing their after Sales support. What matters to them is just Sale at a higher price. Please take everthing on written when dealing with Provident Sales.
