Please do not buy any plot as per attached image as I am Posting on behalf of my sister as she is the survivor and she is in high vein. Unethical , irresponsible, lethargic,threaten people and harrasment to my sister as she paid 15% amount of the total agreement value and they lethargically delayed to provide the signed agreement sale deed to my sis and provident CRM threatening by sending termination notice demanding for more money without providing signed sale deed to my sister's banker and to her. She is in high mental stress and trauma. Myself and my sis will keep posting in social media and news channel unless we don't recieve a call from providents upper management team. Attached twitter post. It's stressful for me as this behaviour of provident is impacting my sis and by seeing her pain I am very stressful. Please don't buy buyers please it's my request to u all

Very bad experience...the crm team has given a immense mental trauma,they are only recovery agents rather than customer relationship managers.they never take our concerns and support the customer but only call for payments.documents are not provided by them on ontime and issue notices out of our notice for cancellations and termination.the behaviour with customers are very cheap.very bad experience.

Very good apartment layout. Really liked the trees theme that they have adopted. Hope they will do equally well as purvankara in terms of customer experience, production quality, on time delivery. Have heard about issues in sunworth city. Hope it does not continue here. Changed my rating from 5 star to 1 star because of poor CRM. They are charging me unexplained money and sending me a link expecting me to make payment over WhatsApp. May i dealing with online frauds here ? Their CRM is worst on the planet

Project is good but the management needs to look at their CRM team operations . They don't bother to respond to any if the queries indeed the sale deed is signed , Ms Priyanka is the CRM assigned. I have even escalated but again no response to that as well .

This is a nice project but its resale value and rent will always be 20 to 30 percent lesser than neighbouring Brigade El dorado project and therefore buy accordingly. Simple reason is el-dorado is offering 50 acres and this one is a 10 acre project. This implies more space to walk, jog, roam around in el- dorado, more amenities and more festivals and celebrations to enjoy, more shopping options, more classes and coaching and activities for kids, more fun and simply more visibility. Also KIADB is an over marketed area as apartment oversupply is there and job creation will take atleast a decade and mostly it will be low end white collar or blue collar ones so safer to stick with tech belt from kr puram to boomasandra even with a little higher prices as that talent pool isn’t moving anywhere because of multiple factors including SWIFT city in between Sarjapur-Chandapur and hosur airport. If recession comes kiadb oversupplied area will be hit the hardest cause there isn’t much of rental income
