Square feet price is equal to kilambakkam rate. Post sale they didn't even bother for the next process. Rate is fixed on higher side and negotiable till100ruopes only max

Land value is higher than Market value in that village. Development is very slow and not sure how it will be maintained in future. Post booking sales teams will never follow up for other works. Food for investment but it will never increase for the next 10 years.
