The HDFC bankers at TVS Emerald are not showing any responsibility in assisting customers. Every issue requires follow-up, and calls and emails from customers are being ignored. I’ve never encountered such unresponsive bankers. Initially, TVS Emerald provided excellent service, but it has now deteriorated significantly. There is no timely response, and queries to the call center and managers go unanswered. If both these issues improve, we could recommend TVS Emerald to other customers.

Ideal location if you are looking for good connectivity . Right on 200 ft. radial road and the upcoming metro station is an add on as it would be in walkable distance from the property.
