Visited this project, negotiated price but didn't book for below reasons,1 - Model house had some poor quality fixtures with rust. Understood similar quality issue would occur if I buy. Then got confirmed visiting other handed over projects and taking to owners.2 - Push on sales was due to IPO plan and committing handover time by 2026 end. But seeing other projects of min of 4years and further delay. I don't think they will keep up handover on time.3 - No ground water available. Got to know many projects from CG like that.4 - Many apartments are booked by CG employees itself. Same for many projects which may be higher rating. Also may be to show cases demand for marketing purpose. If really true there won't be support later if something goes wrong with CG with any fake promises.5 - Almost 60 - 70% price should be paid within 3months as per payment structure which is not worth with anticipated delay in handover. Looks similar payment structure followed for other projects and owners struggling with that.

EDIT 3 - 31 May 2025:Very slow construction progress. They might make this ready in 2029 i think based on what they're doing currently.A block - basement roof, B,D block - ground floor roof. C block - pile modifications.EDIT 2 - 23 March 2025:Piling complete. Basement column work in progress. DELAYED progress to meet their revised plan of Dec 2026.EDIT 1 - 18 Feb 2025:Still in Piling which is expected to complete by April 2025. Handover date remains uncertain. For Diwali, construction workers will go for holidays for atleast a month. Then monsoon will come which will eat 1 month. 2027 second half is the best case scenario for getting keys.###############Sales - 4/5 For patience in answering multiple followup queries. 1 Star reduced for all the lies like handover by 2026 First half and customization options and all.CRM - 0/5 CRM is the most useless gang. Casagrand can consider cost cutting options by firing this entire group as these guys are entirely useless with no responsibilities. They'll not respond to emails, phones and whatsapp messages. Basically, an additional paper weight in Casagrand buildings.After an year of launching this project, finally they started the construction. Not sure what happened since September 2nd week, construction is progressing round the clock. Pile foundation is in progress and thudding entire areas around this site.Reason for choosing this Project: At this Price, you'll not get a 2BHK(~65Lakhs) or 3BHK(~80Lakhs) of this size in this area with the amenities these guys are providing. Schools, Colleges, IT Companies, Hospitals are in a very reachable distances.Please note the price mentioned here will be high or low based on the choice of the unit. Units like corner with better views will come with a additional premium and viceversa.Most importantly this area is prone to floods but this particular side of that 100feet road will drain very fast as all the water will move towards DLF GardenCity and Tamilnadu Housing Board areas. In 2023 Cyclone, this road was clear for traffic on 2nd day. So it's a little bit relief on that part.Overall, For investment purposes one can surely go ahead and book. For personal use, If you've patience to wait for a MINIMUM of 3 years then go ahead and book.

Is there any what’sapp group among the owners so that we can share the updates since no periodic updates are coming from CRM’s. Atleast we go and check the progress and update in the group. There s no update given when the project is delayed I been followed up multiple times to get the updates.

Very worst experience. This project of Casagrand also will be late handover like other projects of Casagrand. As per the agreement they should handover on October 2025 but till the date it's on ground floor and some block are like C block not even in ground floor. While we checked with CRM team they are unable to provide us the update of delay and final handover period after 4 months of follow ups. Be careful before you book the units in Elinor..Also I want to add here in 4 months 3 CRM changed with out any valid reason. 1st Sandhya then Divya and now Sharmila and her Manager Priscilla. No one is able to provide us any update. Every time simple copy paste email they sent that " We are working on the same will get back to you". This is happening from Dec'24 to till the date.
