This is my way of using democracy of social media to get some safety and security needs happen to this apartment. If not I am afraid the hand over is done and we will be left in lurch and the association had to get the task done! As a Google Level 8 guide! SORT THIS OUT TO convert my 2 star to 5 stars ! Pros first: We are owners of a 2BHK flat here, budget friendly and a small sized flat ideal for a small family. Handover was good and they stuck to the timeline, with a slight delay, Location is prime, loved the team efficiency in reaching out. They supported us by arranging loans. They are very supportive and friendly Cons: they grossly miscalculated amount frequently to be paid by us and the bank, We had to scramble last minute financial requests, that was so unprofessional and annoying it happened twice! The underground drainage and sewage according to my initial audit is not properly sealed and shall be prone to mosquitoes and smells, the engineering of sewage and drainage is a cause of concern, the sealing is prone to trip people and harm vehicles , safety audit needs to be done! Kids and adults are going to injure their feet regularly ! Time for some injury safety audit! Kids play area is small. CCTV coverage is not planned well! Fencing safety is not well planned! Security breaches can happen frequently. Balcony area has a danger of risky falls! Safety and security are completely ignored! I want to use this public review forum to force an safety and security audit, by a neutral party expert engineer in presence of association We might have to get association to sort this, which might take its due course, but I am concerned for my 4 year old kid. Requesting the Management to take a look at this, I want to give you 5 stars, but the safety and security Audit is stopping me. Get it done! Show me proof! And 5/5 stars is what this developer and the community should get!

The KG Group, as promised completed the Elite City project in a record time and handed over to the keys to the respective flat owners promptly in a grand manner by hosting a function. They have nicely arranged the function and offered breakfast for all the participants and good veg meals for lunch.
