After Booking Casagrand Elysium. No proper response to customer queries. We have to keep on following with them. No value for customers. 1. No proper handover timeline. 2. No progress report 3. After a couple of months, still I am not received agreement copy (signed - Softcopy). Many follow up is happened. 4. Referral benifit is not received by who referred me 5. I have following for civil modification, after multiple mails, still I am not even received a single call. But, i hope, quality of construction is good and price is okay. So I gave 2 star ⭐ rating.

We have bought 2 flats in Casagrand Elysium The response of CRM is very poor. The handover date is getting delayed where they have promised the handover would be by 24 months when we booked in 2022. Very disappointed with purchase

I booked a flat in Casagrand Elysium at the beginning of 2023. At the time of booking, the builder committed a handover timeline of 2 years from the launch. However, they have completely failed to honour their commitment. There has been no proper update regarding the handover, and the CRM team is extremely unresponsive — calls go unanswered, and there’s no clarity on account statements or project progress. The lack of transparency and accountability is highly disappointing. Totally unprofessional experience. Buyers deserve better communication and commitment from a reputed builder like Casagrand.

I booked a flat and paid advance, but due to my personal issue i am not able to continue to proceed further and i am following with your various team to refund the money but i am not getting correct response. i have provided all the documents which they have asked. The approach road isn’t that great and you have a vacant land nearby wherein garbages are being burnt. Make sure you don’t fall to the trap of CRM guys who will lobby you to block an unit by indicating various benefits and make you pay 1Lac upfront. After getting to visit many of their projects, this has been their sole funda. Though they assure you that the refund would be immediate in case of a change in your purchase plan, that’s just another lie to attract business. It’s been a month since i cancelled my purchase plan of an unit, I’m still waiting for my refund and people are least bothered to give feedback.
