I have visited quite a number of under construction residential protects across Chennai, over the past few months. I found very few projects in which the residential Flats which are in perfect square or rectangle.. One such project I witnessed is Hi Living Evita in which each and every flat is in a perfect square or rectangle (if my memory is good). However, although the flats are in a perfect square or rectangle, I could not opt for Evita as the flats are facing either North or South. I was looking for an East facing flat. Looking forward for an East facing flat which is in a perfect square or rectangle. I would also urge upon Realtors for the flats to be in a perfect square or rectangle, and comply with hundred percent vasthu, for the well-being of residents.

We had a wonderful experience at Evita. The team gave us a royal welcome. They took us to construction site guiding us with utmost care, offering us protective helmets as construction work was in progress nearby. Mr Surender, gave us a delightful experience, a heartwarming reception of genuine affection. The construction is excellent and the facilities are remarkable.
