Worst Builders. I booked in Casa Aspire and as per agreement the goat has to handover on Sep 25. But still now project is not started, when u enquired RM, themselves don’t know when they will start. So I went for cancellation for non starting project. I paid 30 lakhs on 2023. After 60 days my request and I have send 55 remainder mail as well, still now no response, they are threading for 20% refund charges as well. Only while booking, they will show the happy face, post that, no response from anyone. Proof enclosed

excellent builder .. they will finish the project within the deadline and sooner not even single day more. Also customer relation managers are superb ! they call you everyday and tell about every single update that you can sit back in sofa and keep enjoying movies! they infact update you real time about project constructions. For every paisa from your pocket, they make sure they ONLY work hard and shed blood to get projects handover to you.. I hope this review made it "clear" to you

Very bad experience. We booked villa on 27.04.2025 and paid 1 lakh as booking advance later we gave cheque for20,84,000/- . After that we came to know that water will stagnant on the approach road (Sai Ganesh nagar) upto 7 feet every year. Sai Ganesh nagar is only 34 ft above sea level and Casagrand flagship is 50ft above sea level. So we cancel and ask them to refund on 10.05.2025 . We get email from them on 18.05.2025 20% deduction ie 4,04,513 + GST 18% 72,812 so total 4,77,325 and balance 17,06,675/- will be paid in 270 WORKING DAYS . Proof is attached. So investor please be careful about water logging and their refund policy of 270 working days and 20%.

We booked an apartment in flagship last year 2024... Actual handover date is March 2025... As expected they didn't finish the project .. But for past 3 months we didn't recieve progress photos also .. Tried reaching all managers but no response .. Didn't expect this kind of response from casagrand ... Very much disappointed

Recently I visit this project. Projects design always excellent, price also good compared with others. I like this project

Worst builder by - long delays in handover - other than structural rest all poor quality work - once you pay the advance, you are on the hook, they dont respond - no supervision on electrical work - electrical cables installed are low capacity handling, wont be able to handle heavy loads - car parking space provided by them are for auto rickshaw and not for cars. They say as per design. Before you buy a flat from this builder, sell your car and get a motorcycle. I can go on and on ... Stay away from this builder 24 march 2025 update: ------------------------ Latest of Casagrand Zenith - zenith project supposed to get 64 visitor parkings, none available. - paved flooring all around the community is already bumpy ( around 20000 sq.ft.) . All the work done by this builder is for name sake only - STP non funtional. Stay away from installing stp in the basement ( that too basement 2) - any issues I have mentioned in my previous comment are not fixed yet. - atleast 6-7 crores of repair work required ( including visitor parking.)

If you check from Google Map, This project is completely located at Pallikaranai Marshland. Guys, first we should ignore this kind of builders, don't know how they are getting approvals for construction.

Recently visited this project along with my baby,this project is really nice and hospitality is nice especially Mr Yuvaraj speak and clearly explained, unfortunately some personal reasons I missed it project.

One of the best project i have ever seen which fullfil all my requirement.
