Construction is progressing. Waiting for timely handover by December 2026 as publicized by Anuhar Homes with quality construction, wide open spaces, ample parking, world-class amenities and no post-handover maintenance issues like other Anuhar projects.

I have purchased a 3 BHK flat in Gautami heights, one of the finest apartment in prime location (Miyapur) with easy access to hospitals, Metro station, shopping malls, schools etc.. Construction is going on as per the timelines and the builder is using the specified construction material provided in the brochure.. One suggestion to prospective buyers. Do not believe in the negative reviews. I am personally visiting the site and checking the progress of the apartment. Have got an excellent sales person (Teja) and CRM (Dhanalakshmi). She is very prompt in updating the progress.

Apartments are quite spacious compared to other projects in the same budget. However, since it's a developing area, a few basic amenities around the locality are still lacking.

Booked a 3BHK here. The size and design are perfect for families. The proximity to Miyapur metro station is a big advantage for daily commuters.

The project offers ample open space, which is rare in city apartments. The balcony views are excellent, and the ventilation in each apartment is well thought out.

Can Anuhar answer these straight questions?. *Construction Going Too Slow*: Got approval in June 2023, but only three slabs plus cellar done in two years. How will they finish by December 2026 like this? *Timeline Looks Impossible*: Eight slabs, brickwork, electrical, flooring, plumbing—all left to do. Finishing in 20 months and giving occupation for 243 flats sounds like a big joke when four slabs took two years. *Same Story as Anuhar Towers*: Their other project, Anuhar Towers, had slabs done two years back, but handover still not done. One more year to go, they say. Gautami Heights also going that way? *Loan Game Worries*: Anuhar finishes slabs and pushes banks to release 90% of customers’ loan money. Did this in Anuhar Towers. Are they just grabbing cash instead of building properly? *Not Being Open*: With such big promises and past delays, why isn’t Anuhar explaining clearly how they’ll finish on time? Buyers deserve to know. *Buyers Getting Stuck*: If Gautami Heights becomes like Anuhar Towers, people will keep waiting, lose money, and stay tensed. Can Anuhar really deliver by 2026?

I have not purchased a flat in this project, nor am I planning to, but I live nearby and have a few concerns I’d like to share. According to the RERA portal, this project is scheduled for completion by December 31, 2026. However, based on the current pace of construction, I have serious doubts about whether this deadline will be met. Even if construction is expedited and the project is completed by December 2026, I have concerns about the location. One side of the project borders a large dumping yard, and the roads on both sides are quite narrow. Given how the project is being promoted on social media, I feel the location does not justify the hype.

We recently purchased a flat in gautami Heights, and it's been one of the best decisions we've made. From the beginning, the entire process was smooth and professionally handled. The quality of construction, layout of the apartment, and the amenities provided have all exceeded our expectations. What truly stood out for us was the peaceful environment and the thoughtful planning of the space—it really feels like home. The community is welcoming, and the location is perfect, offering good connectivity while still being calm and residential. Pls check status of their another project ANUHAR TOWERS which is delayed by two years. Check the reviews. Buyers are in panic situation if it gets delivered or not as their is no proper communication from management. I am also a buyer waiting for handover from past one year. Management should take proper responsibility and inform buyers actual status and deliver project in time. Buyers are planning to take legal steps as there is delay in project with no hope of near delivery. I am ready to edit this review if Anuhar towers group assures its customers on the delivery date and compensate delays. Looks like they bribed RERA to get completion date updated on rera site and quoting same reason for not paying compensation. They never mentioned until now actual reason for delay and on what basis they got date updated on rera Update 27th March: So got response after 2months from owner. And asking to authenticate if am buyer. I bought it on dependents name. Anybody who checks reviews on Anuhar towers will know the truth and facts. Anuhar doesn’t have guts to respond to those reviews because they also know whatever mentioned in reviews is true. Pls commit on proper timelines and compensation to Anuhar towers buyers. Many owners are trying to get proper updates from you. Pls update them and update your response with proofs on what is committed.
