Warning to Potential Buyers – My Experience with Casagrand HazanI strongly advise against purchasing any property from Casagrand. I bought a flat in Casagrand Hazan, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The project is significantly delayed, far beyond what was promised. What was supposed to be a timely delivery has now stretched into months and possibly years of delay.They demanded nearly half the flat's cost upfront, which left many customers like myself financially trapped. It feels like a calculated strategy to lock buyers in without honoring delivery commitments.Worse, Casagrand doesn't take feedback or complaints seriously. Their responses are generic and templated — there’s no real accountability or concern for customers.Please do not fall for their marketing tactics. Be cautious, do your own research, and don’t risk your hard-earned money on promises that may never be fulfilled.

Hi everyone,I'm SrikanthCasagrand Handord.I'm the Owner of model Villa 127 at Casagrand Handord.Here I would like to share my experience with Casagrand,it's a well constructed Villa ,the project yet to be completed,Hope will get the occupation soon.The reason I've booked the Villa is because of the Quality of Construction & their approach towards potential customers.i got to know about this Venture from Mr.Paul who was very impressive & persuaded me to consider their project.I went ahead & met Mr.Vasanth Babu who was very reasonable in our negotiation & left me with a gratification of getting the right price.Casagrand had successfully completed lots of ventures in Chennai & other cities.i conclude that I'm a happy customer of Casagrand & wish them a great success in their future projects coming up in Hyderabad.Thanks & RegardsSrikanth

Orlina project we bought, which is currently facing delay of over 2 years and land litigation is there. They changed initial plan as there wish without informing. Though plan got changed now clubhouse land Is in litigation. Still no proper response on handover. Don't waste your valuable money and time by spending here.
