1st floor flats are completely risk,thief easyly enter through Balcony or Ducts connect through bedroom windows. Especially backside flats are too risky. Near to this location, one slum area is there(after Bollineni) and recenly one robbery happened in this area. Just prefer bigger community instead of small layouts,even same price or little more you will get same size of flat in big communities.

Well Ventilated apartments. Good planning with privacy for every apartment. What I like the most is the Energy saving Porotherm block used in this building.it really makes the apartment cooler,since heat is not transferred inside. Spacious balconies,can be used as the children s study area as well. Lots of green space around the apartment is another attraction. Being a civil Engineer myself I am able to appreciate the passion with which this building has been designed and being executed.

Spacious bedrooms and balconies As per Vaasthu and good flow of breeze. Spacious kitchen too with space for all gadgets. Well thought out design. Lots of amenities like children play area ,well laid out terrace for an enjoyable evening. Efficient Rain water harvesting with an open well . Good number of car parks . Nice elevation
