I was interested in buying an apartment in Rajapushpa Imperia. Keerthi, from sales team, contacted me. She was excellent in providing details, as per my requirements. Subsequently, I visited Imperia. Keerthi was waiting for us.I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and support provided by her. From the very beginning, she was approachable, knowledgeable, and extremely patient in answering all my queries. She took the time to understand my requirements and gave me detailed information about the project, pricing, amenities, and future growth potential of the location. She arranged meetings with other sales team and we had wonderful conversations with them.Keerthi was proactive in follow-up, ensuring a smooth experience throughout the booking process. . I highly recommend her to anyone considering an apartment at Imperia!

On the occasion of Ram Navami, I want to kindly request the addition of one Ram temple in Imperia. Even a very small one would suffice—it hardly requires more than a 4x4 space within the 24-acre area. India is moving towards boldness, embracing and promoting the culture of this land without hesitation. Our culture is one where every street has a Ram temple, reflecting the essence of our heritage. This request is not about offending any other religion; it is about proudly promoting our own. This is the culture of this land—a country where lakhs of acres are dedicated to other religious boards, yet we often hesitate to allocate just a few feet for our own traditions.Thank you for considering this humble suggestion.

Honest Review About RajyapushpaHi, I want to share another updated review about Rajyapushpa. Recently, I visited Rajyapushpa again. I had booked a flat there in August 2022. At that time, they assured me that the payment would be collected progressively—every time a new set of five floors was constructed. Based on this, I assumed the entire project would be built in parallel. However, that was not the case.Instead, they first focused on completing only the first phase while collecting the payments much faster than expected. Within one year and nine or ten months, they had already taken almost all the money. As of August 1st last year, I had already paid 95% of the total amount. Now, I am being asked to wait nearly two more years just to take possession of the flat. This completely contradicts the promises they made initially. If they tell you that payments will be collected based on construction progress, do not believe them. The sales team at Rajyapushpa is completely fraudulent.Additionally, if you decide to upgrade your flat—say, from a 3BHK (1720 sq. ft.) to a 2000 sq. ft. unit—they will ask you to cancel your existing booking and forfeit 10% of the total amount. Then, they expect you to purchase the new unit at the current market rate. This clearly shows that they do not value customer money, while they place a high premium on their own profits. It is nothing short of cheating.Initially, I was told that my flat would be ready by July 2025. However, when I recently visited the site, they said I would only get possession by March 2026. This means that even after paying 95% of the amount, I am forced to wait nearly two years to get my flat. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating.Honestly, I don’t understand how people have praised Rajyapushpa in the past. It is one of the worst real estate companies. The sales team makes false promises, and the company operates in a way that feels like a scam. Sometimes, I even wonder if these companies are politically motivated and just hoarding money illegally.Final Advice:If you are considering buying a house—especially from Rajyapushpa—be extremely careful. They will promise that payments are collected based on progress, but in reality, they take almost all the money upfront while delivering the project at a much slower pace. They may build the structure quickly, but the finishing, amenities, and handover are delayed significantly. You will be left waiting for years while your money is stuck.Think twice before investing here!
