Overall a good project at prime location. However, Buyers need to watch out on brands they use for specifications mentioned. They seem to be very basic which even small level builders provide. I was told Kajaria brand tiling(not called on brochure though) will be provided, but then, appalled to hear Sunheartt(never heard off) brand has been proposed from their customer delight/project team. Be vigilant! Seems to be cost cutting technique. I urge DRA to reconsider and only furnish top/quality brands for specifications if you portray this the most ultra luxurious/premium project so far. 2 stars less just for the specifications they provide.
