The sales people won't keep up the promise, even though I had the mail proof the sales manager refused to provide me car parking below my block. The construction quality is very poor. The sales manager won't give clarity on type of STP, where the generator, transformer, STP, WTP would be installed and where your cramped parking lot will be allotted. They do not have proper STP you may end up spending 50% of your maintenance fee towards sweage disposal. The width of the balcony was supposed to be 3 feet but it was just 2.75 feet. Think mutiple times before you book an apartment with them. All their apartments go below the road level in just a few years. Visit any of their previous projects and take a decision. The MD is not close to ground and not at all accessible for home buyers but he blindly trusts his employees. Walls are full of cracks and leakages from top floor. The engineer won't be accessible to take any compliants. You are the mercy of sales manager on the per square feet cost negotiations. He wont be transparent in providing the complete list of the unsold flats giving you less options than what is available.

Not a good builder ❌ You’ll face lots of problems due to poor construction quality and lethargic after sales behaviour regarding pending works.

Very very worst construction. Before buying everything good after buying no response from builder side and simple say issue is from your side.
