There is no connectivity to Hennur road. The road that currently connects Hennur is Indian railways road which can be blocked anytime.

Never ending projects. Fake videos and advertisements. No commitment towards promises made to customers. CRM's are liars and cheats. Sales team are frauds. Their documentation is never to be trusted. Example: Casagrand Orlena was sold to customers showing incorrect land parcels and now it was found the land was not part of original plan and they still have not received approvals from BDA or BBMP. Customers are in severe panic and lack of response from Casagrand on this issue is panicking customers even more. These NBFC's are in nexus with Casagrand in this who approve loans without proper documentation putting customer at stake.

Please don't waste your hard earned money to buy a flat from this "so called" builder. Zero professionalism and the CRM team doesn't believe in responding their customers.

Pathetic sales people!!! I got a call from Casagrand marketing team for availability of 3bhk in their project. I had enquired about how many flats available, which floor, and all details were provided. They had asked us to come to visit the site on a Sunday afternoon and after a 24km journey we are made to wait in their marketing office. The sales rep who I spoke to on the phone (Navya) walks upto us and starts a monologue of the the amenities and apartments in the big model of the project..she shows us the floors n towers having 3bhk and when we expressed which tower we would be interested in, we get a response saying all 3 bhk s are sold out except for the ones in ground floor..we were a bit confused cos when we asked how many flats are available over phone this was not mentioned to us..they made us travel 24km on a rainy Sunday afternoon and wasted our precious time..it’s highly disappointing to see inefficient and deceiving sales and marketing team in a so called big builder!!!!!

Let me write this for Casagrand. I have seen number of reviews and mostly they are negative, some are fake and very few are genuine and are worth looking at. Here is my view 1. I have purchased a flat here in this apartment and till date I have not faced any major issue with either sales team or CRM team 2. In terms of payment I did get help in terms of extra time so I can arrange money and they did not charge any fine. 3. They are very prompt in sharing receipts once payment is made 4. They are prompt in sharing construction progress pics 5. I frequently get a call from team who takes feedback and try their best to address concerns 6. Modifications department has been very helpful in listening to change requests and finalising it. 7. I have been visiting the site at least once a month and I see progress Hope they will continue to be professionals and help customers being very responsive and complete the project on time as promised.
