Infrastructure is Good but Maintenance is worst of worst. Especially Security. Recently few days back, when I went to enquire for flat purpose. I have noticed that some of the security staff (Who sit in a room at main gate in daytime) are consuming Pan Parag during their duty hours. This creates an unprofessional image and can also affect their attentiveness while on duty. Since security plays a very critical role in maintaining the safety of residents and visitors, such habits during working time should be discouraged. It would be better if the management could enforce stricter discipline regarding the consumption of tobacco products during work. Encouraging staff to follow professional standards will not only improve security but also set a good example for residents and visitors.
