I bought a 3 bhk apartment here in Dec'2024. I have completed 90 percent payment till 3rd floor well in advance. This was based on Casagrand CRM teams advice to pay in advance and they assured an upfront interest benefits for all advance payments. Now it's been more than a month and Casagrand CRM team has not given me a cheque for upfront interest benefits. Frequent mails sent and verbal talks done. Reply from them is software issue. This is unacceptable to customers.We are losing heavily on bank loan interest for stage payment done in advance because of assurance given by Casagrand that we will be given upfront interest benefits which is more than bank interest. I fail to understand how Casagrand is operating with software issue for such a long time. It's highly disgusting to correspond with their so called CRM team. If someone else is facing the same issue with Casagrand linore project please share your thoughts

Worst experience with Linore project.Very bad builder. Very unethical builder. They fail to make promises. We paid 1 L for blocking advance for the flat. After heard about the CG they had a very bad review all over. So we planned to cancellation & asked for refund. They asked me to send a mail they said in 30 to 45 days you will get the amount back either through bank account or through cheque & they will cal u & inform they said. I cancelled my flat & sent a mail on March 8 th 2024 but after 1 month when i asked them what is the status of my refund they asked me to send another mail to some other mail id and they again said From that day another 30 -45 days it will take to process. April 8 th 2024 mail was sent to casagrand and they gave me a ticket no. Once refund process is done we will inform u they said. I didn’t receive any information from anyone when i asked them on mid of may. They said once its done will inform u. I shouted & spoke to the manager. The next day i received a Mail that ur cheque is ready. You can come & collect it. But they gave a post dated cheque on 17 th of July 2024. For the cancellation of March 2024 they gave me a cheque on July 2024 - More than 5 months you have to wait for collecting your cheque & for getting it cleared. Very bad builder. Do not recommend to any of ur family member's or to ur friends. Pls do not opt for CG. Thank you

I visited casagrand site. The guy who showed me model flats and described about project was kind. Then He introduced his manager and I had bad exp. With the manager. If u don't book flats on your first visit.. He gets irritated and he will show his ugly face to you.. Pls make clear before visiting site that u won't Be compelled to book flats on spot without having enough time to think and decide. He thinks buying a crore flats is like booking a refrigerator.. 👎👎👎👎👎
