We recently visited the flat in Block B5 (G+5) and would like to share our observation and seek clarification.We noticed that the ceiling height appears to be unusually low, possibly around 8 feet, which does not seem to match standard residential norms. From floor to ceiling, the height felt quite short and gave a compressed feeling inside the flat.We have tried to reach out to the CRM and Sales team for clarification on this, but unfortunately, we have not received any response .

It's good based on Italian marble flooring, and they provide usable amenities in this property, marketing team,sales team kindly spoken to us.

Hi All,I booked at Casagrande magistica at Dec'24 ending with some agreement with the Sales team on the remaining paymentbased on that, i have paid 10%. and they agreed for the next 20% in Mar and another 20 % Apr'25. The remaining is the same according to the process. After paying 10% at Dec'25, I got a email from the CRM team (With in 2 weeks) for 68L Payment due.As per the current date they are expecting 88L out of 1.15crEvery 3 to 4 days , they CRM person sent out a mail about, the late payment charges 1.6L, and 2.6 L and 2.9L and 3 L(Within fee weeks)The current stage of the project is under the Basement stage.I told CRM person that, ill go for cancellation if not okay with the initial discussion, The CRM person told me to send a mail for Cancellation and payment would be returned in a Year time line.Worst Builder and Lies at All level. Coordinated cheating business. Let me give some…. it's hard to explain everything….Their sales team will give all promises, nothing will be in written. you will think they are very good and take care of everything they say.Now they will tell you that just pay 1 lakh as advance just to hold the property. The day you pay, sales guy is out of picture and CRM team will come in picture.

As I heard, The water charges will be extra for every month. No ground water is there. In case of heavy rain no way to get water as tanker can't come. So, read your agreement carefully before signing. Casagrand can refute the claims.Update: It's 30% ground and 70% outside as mentioned by a casagrand sales person.

Don't buy from this fraud builder ,they are taking bookings amount from people immediately and after that they will not respond your call .after one month they cancelled the booking automatically and not giving the refund.so frustrating mentally and financially also .I got to know the same thing happen with 3more people from my contact.if any one getting call from Priyanka ,kartikeyan don't deal with them.avoid this project
