The limited open space (51%) alongside a high density (85 units/acre) could feel crowded. At ₹11188 vs market avg ₹10570, it's at a premium of about 6%.

I had a very disappointing experience with this builder. I booked a flat and later had to cancel due to personal reasons. Despite repeated follow-ups, the builder has not refunded my advance amount. There is no transparency in their process, and they are unwilling to address genuine customer concerns. A professional builder should maintain fair dealing and return the customer’s hard-earned money in case of cancellation, as per agreed terms. With this kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before dealing with them.

STOP BUYING THEY ARE NOT AT ALL GIVING ANY PROJECRS ON TIME AND NEVER GIVE PLEASE THINK OF THE PEOPLE QHO ARE SUFFERING FROM 6 YEARS THIER ALL OLD PROJECTS HOLD WORST MANAGEMENT NEVER RESPOND TO ANY QUERRY ALL RUDE PEOPLE RERA EXTENSION THEY WILL TAKE ALWAYS FOR ALL DISBURSEMEMT THEY WILL THRETEN YOU Naam ka builder hai stock market listing but worst management all gundas simply think WAT AN IT EMPLOYEE CAN DO STOP TRUSTING They will just change the name of project so every 6 months they will make new fools new project refer all thier old projects of same location people are suffering from 2017 till now
