Wow... I had recentlly visited the project .. Concept iis Excellent

I have come across Mayfair Sunrise villa community last year and found this as one of the best villa communities in the vicinity. It is well designed with 40 ft wide internal roads and with rich landscaping plans.I have visited sales office and met Ramesh to enquire the details. He has been very cordial and responsive. Vey patient in answering all queries. Team is open about availability, he has presented the availability details and helped me to decide one. Ramesh also has extended great support in arranging all required logistic help for customizations to connect with required teams etc. Construction is going at very fast pace and the community is coming up nice. I hope management will live up to the expectations of a luxury tag (being used in promotion) while building the community. With good connectivity coming up, it can provide a great living experience. Excited to see this.

One of the best constructions and a place worth the money.Mr.Jakeer from Greenmark Developers has explained well the project details and took us around to shown the villas. He has not just excellent knowledge of the project but also enough patience to answer all our queries.
