The only team that seems efficient is the sales team. Once you book a flat and are handed over to their CRM team, the experience becomes frustrating. The handover date promised by the sales team is never honored. Progress at the site is extremely slow, with the company offering various excuses for the delay. Seeing the site conditions it will take more one year to complete. I cancelled a ready to movein apartment and booked DAC only because of their name. But they spoiled their name just by their actions. I'll never recommend DAC to any of my colleagues or family members. Meanwhile, we are forced to bear the burden of paying both the home loan EMI and rent, and DAC shows no concern for the hardship caused.

We have booked a flat in Medallion, construction is in progress, so far good, I can't comment much about quality at this time. Will update the review post handover, hoping to get 100% quality & timely delivery as promised, looking forward. At the time of booking, they promised to provide 24/7 live monitoring facility of construction, it was there in the ads & website. But, till date, they haven't provided access to it, this facility is removed from the website as well. This was the major reason we trusted their experience room, now it doesn't make sense. I would request the DAC team to look into this concern & address it. But, otherwise, they provide updates every month & we are allowed to visit the site only once a month.

Felt over priced for the location.

Best in class construction, approachable & supportive sales team. Located in a prime location with lake view, quick access to the IT corridor, Metro stations, and to main city. Special mention to Dinesh (AGM - direct sales) and Shantanu (Deputy Manager - direct sales). Both the professionals did a commendable job!!

Appreciate Anand’s professionalism right from the first interaction till finalisation. He was very patient enough to answer all our question and clear our doubts. Also Gurunathan did a good job in finalising the deal.
