Terrible experience with Casagrand! They made fake promises during booking and stopped responding once I paid. I had to chase them for 3 months with 50+ emails and 100+ calls just to get my booking amount refund. Even the refund cheque issued after 2 months of follow ups bounced as their account was blocked. I later found out 300+ others faced the same issue. Please book at your own risk as you can see multiple such issues reported against them
