There was a typo mistake, My friends bought flat here, They initially suggested me but when i enquired around kollur and with recenet discussions with my friend he expressed his views in front of me. They told me that vian will resolve all this concerns in short time as soon as possible when they last spoke with concern team recently. With in the time if agreement is not completed we will come and meet again in person as a last chance ,If that is failed we are having all the evidances we will approach RERA directly. All proofs are there with us. But my question is simple:- 1)Even after purchase and amount is paid why customer has to wait for his agreement ????? As this very simple and straight forward process in other builders & projects??? Really we are in state why this delay is happening since we paid long back. All the below mention points by me are true and straight forward except below one point typo mistake(Friends Bought).

We had a very good sales experience with the Vian Mrida team. They provided excellent treatment and gave us ample time to go through every detail and address all our queries thoroughly. The property itself is highly promising, situated in Kollur, which is expected to follow the rapid growth trend seen in areas like Kokapet and the Financial District. Key Strengths (Pros) Proposed 100ft road connectivity directly from the service road. Delivery is promised by the end of 2027 The project is conveniently close to Neopolis. Offers a strong list of amenities, including a Gym, Squash courts, Basketball court, cricket nets, and a creche. Despite being a medium-sized, single-tower project, the flat density is well within general market standards (around 120 flats/acre), ensuring a good living experience. Considerations (Cons) The club membership fee is relatively expensive at ₹380 per square foot compared to other premium builders offering similar-sized units. There is an additional infrastructure charge of ₹150 per square foot on top of the club membership fee. Despite the premium club membership charges, there is no badminton court included in the amenities. The builder is relatively new, which might be a point of consideration for some buyers.

Had a great experience with the Vian Mrida team. Mr Sandeep from the sales team was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. The experience centre gave a clear idea of the quality and design, and the brochure was beautifully made with all the details well presented. Absolutely loved the stepped elevation concept — it adds a unique and elegant look to the project. Overall, a very satisfying and positive experience!
