Saiven developer is a good builder. Saiven Mulberry Groves project is at a good location which is surrounded by greenery and Lake. This project connects to both Sarjapur Main Road/Whitefield and also Electronic city. Current nearest Metro station is Bommasandra and also the upcoming metro station will be at Muthanalluru cross on Sarjapur Road. Also existing road connectivity is good. This area is developing rapidly. Overall it will be a good investment.

Nice place to stay in. Opposite to it the lake has been adopted for lake rejuvenation by some company. So sooner it will add a great value to the property.
