*Feeling safe and secure in this apartment.*apartment is so close to sathy main road, its near to vimal jyothy hospital and vimal jyothy school.*every utilities are close to this apartment like grocery shops, bakery, church, temple , medical shops etc.* good parking facility.*both corporation water and bore well water is getting here.*drawback is no power backup in apartment.*Maintenance is some how high.
