Think twice before buying in ADISSIA. (My Personal Experience)

Adissia One World is a well-planned community with excellent infrastructure development. Very satisfied with my investment I purchased a plot in Adissia, and Ms. Priyadharshini provided outstanding support throughout the process. Very professional and highly recommended!

We were searching for a premium luxury villa plot and found Adissia One World with good infrastructure and great amenities. Overall, the project is very good and we registered a plot .

I am writing this review based on my real experience at Adissia One World, Phase 1. Overall, the project is good. The layout is neatly planned, the location has good future value, the sales team was supportive, and the registration process went smoothly. However, I faced issues with the CRM team before & after registration. Before registration, I received most of the information from my friend’s CRM representative, as my assigned CRM contacted me only for matters related to payment and not for general support or guidance. After registration, I did not receive proper support in obtaining the allotment letter, and the behavior of the CRM,s Manager was unprofessional. Statements such as “you are only salaried people” and “the amount will be deducted from your CRM salary” were highly inappropriate and disappointing to hear as a customer. The biggest disappointment was the denial of my referral bonus. I referred my friend who successfully purchased a plot, but later I was told I would not get the bonus only because for price negotiation, which is unfair. I hope the company improves CRM support & CRM's head behaviour and wants to be more transparent about referral benefits.

I love this community it’s include all amenities like play area, cycling area, tennis court, yoga place temple etc..it’s large community. And peaceful area. Recently bought plot in Adissia one world ph-4.Thank you for Adissia.

I recently bought a plot from adissia. What i feel after completing registration is that they dont stand by the words they say you before buying. Sales team and assigned CRM are good. CRM Head interaction is an absolute nightmare. Adissia please train your CRM head before allowing him to speak with customers. Also i tried reaching the support team of adissia via email and there is not even a reply or call back to even enquire on the concern.

Nice environment for peaceful silent place.
