Recently I have visited the project. They have shown all the documents clearly. This project is not in the FTL or Buffer zone. Don't believe random things from the internet. This project is clearly approved and they have also left 1 acre for the buffer zone which they are going to convert into a public garden. Hope this helps everyone who is looking for the information of this project.

If anyone can explain why they are making TWO ORIGINAL Sale Agreements and 1 SALE Agreement they are KEEPING WITH THEMSELVES WITH ONLY SIGNATURE OF BUYER. They are REFUSING THE SIGNATURE OF BUILDER ON THAT. The CRM COULD NOT CONVINCE US as to why they need the 2nd agreement with only buyer's signature.
