Be informed that Foundation for Puravankara or Purva Park Hill Phase 2 foundation was done more than 15 years ago. Can be verified by scrolling through history of this location on Google Earth. Sanjay from CRM has sent multiple demands with penalty because of his mistakes in submitting data after payment. When questioned, he literally started abusing with unprofessional words which are common in his native. Although accounting errors were corrected, I don't find any action taken on him. Recently, I have asked for Civil Drawings for the flat I have booked. CRM was just closing the requests without any action and without any reply. This shows how unprofessional Puravankara is. Be cautioned when associated with such Fraud Builders. They are not handing over within the timelines they promised earlier. In addition, they have leaked (to be precise they SOLD) all customers data to third party interior companies (no wonder if it was Done by Sanjay.) Question still remains why there are delays for more than 15 years after laying the foundation and the unprofessional behaviour of the staff in serving customers. They do not have courtesy in responding to customers, which shows how unprofessional they are and what information they are hiding by not being transparent.
